DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

CAUTION: If you are taking warfarin (coumarin) DO NOT take vitamin K without advice from your doctor. Vitamin K and warfarin work directly against each other; if you take vitamin K it will mean that your warfarin dose needs to be altered.

Each tablet provides:

Vitamin K (phytonadione prep.) 100ug
Tableted with these natural ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, cellulose gum.
